At Dry Creek Veterinary Center, we are proud to be at the forefront of a new style of veterinary care. Our Wellness Program highlights the importance of preventive medicine, which is customized to fit the particular life-stage of your pet. Every patient is analyzed individually, considering elements such as species, breed, age, and environmental factors. We then provide recommendations for prevention, nutrition, and diagnostics based on your pet’s individual needs.

Our job is to keep you informed about the procedures and medications that are especially beneficial for your pet. That way, we have more leeway when it comes to recommendations, and you have more autonomy as to how you manage your pet’s health care.

The cornerstone of the Dry Creek Veterinary Center Wellness Program is the annual health exam. Each year when your pet comes in for a visit, they will receive a complete physical exam as well as age-appropriate supplementary diagnostics (e.g. blood pressure screening, parasite testing, blood work, etc.) in order to identify most diseases at their earliest stages.

For those involved in the Dry Creek Veterinary Center Wellness Program, any vaccinations that are due at the time of the annual exam are provided at the current participant rates. Patients with health-related issues will be referred to more advanced diagnostics as needed. For pets with chronic illnesses, more frequent re-evaluations will most likely be required.
